Top places for budget trips around the world for a solo traveler

Thailand

Though Thailand has now become quite popular among tourists and has been on a commercially high value ever since, the cuisine, the cultural heritage and the picturesque beach huts can all be explored at reasonable rates. Do some mountain biking if you wish, shop some at Khao San Road in Bangkok, visit ancient temples especially during sunset for stunning pictures. There are dorms in guesthouses for a cheap and safe stay while travelling by tuktuks, buses or trains can save a lot of moolah. Approximately 1000 baht is needed for a long journey in Thailand while 18 to 20 pounds are typically spent in a day here. 40 baht for basic meals and about 200-300 baht for a hotel room for solo travler is the norm around here. Chiang Mai, Koh Samet, Chiand Dao and Bangkok are some of the attractions while in Thailand.
