Winter can’t be more fun when you can make the most out of the cold months, irrespective of the temperature. Nova Scotia is better known as New Scotland and maintains a moderate climate so winter is all the more fun here as the temperature dip is tolerable. Halifax is believed to have played a pivotal role in rescuing survivors in Titanic.
Attractions: Sugar Moon Farm and its maple trees, hiking in the woods, sleigh riding, tobogganing, exploring Hatfield Farm and gorging on its seafood.
