Maharana Pratap Memorial
Located at the hilltop of Moti Magri in Udaipur and overlooking Fatehsagar lake, the scintillating bronze statue of Maharana Pratap on his horse, Chetak built by Maharana Bhagwat Singh Mewar in the legendary ruler’s memory set in the backdrop of Japanese Rock Garden with lush green escapades and a panoramic view of the entire city makes for a heritage vacay that is both refreshing and informative. Udaipur Fort remains, Moti Mahal (one of the oldest Mewar palaces) and other memorials of past rulers like Bhilu raja, Hakim Khan Sur among a few are worthy of a lingering view.
Attractions: The light and sound show held each eveing which gives a glimpse into the Mewar rulers and their several dynasties.
