Halona Cove, Oahu, Hawaii
This beach is known to have been featured in many hollywood blockbuster movies like Pirates of the Caribbean etc. However it is sparsely visited by tourists because it’s rocky and treacherous hike required to reach here. This dramatically picturesque cove is tucked in between Halona Point and the Halona Blowhole and makes it a photogenic location. It is recommended to swim cautiously since the currents could get strong outside the cove unlike the currents inside.
Makapu’s Beach, Oahu, Hawaii
On one side, Makapu is known to be one of the most scenic beaches with high rock cliffs where best views can be enjoyed from either the shore or from the lighthouse on the far eastern side of the beach perched on top of a cliff, hence making it seem to be beautiful for a visit. However on the other side, it is not suitable for leisure swimming because of the ripping strong currents.
Secret Beach, Maui, Hawaii
The staggering landscape beauty is worth strolling along these long beaches. It is located just south of the popular Makena Beach, concealed behind a lava rock wall in a quiet residential neighborhood.
