Popularly known as mini Switzerland or the Switzerland of India, Khajjar is abound with lush green pastures of Deodar forest, meadows and beautiful hills and lakes in the Chambal district of Himachal Pradesh. The town is not only underexplored, most people don’t know how it is an adventure enthusiast’s haven with trekking, paragliding, horse riding among some of the adrenaline-pumping activities of this place. In winters, this place is replete with heavy snow. The serenity of this place allows travelers to take peaceful strolls away from the city’s humdrum.
