Just like its name the rooftop bar is on the 118th floor of the Ritz Calton. You get take in the view of the entire Hong Kong Island. If you have a fear of heights, this is probably the therapy you need – or maybe not, just don’t look down if you happen to venture out to the outdoor terrace!
A must try here – HK Skyline, a blend of Zacapa Centenario Rum, absinthe, Imperial Oolong syrup, pink grapefruit juice, lime juice, and Dom Pérignon foam.
