8. La Terraza de Casa, Gangotena, Ecuador
The rooftop happens to be a restoration of Casa Gangotena mansion which gives it an old school historical feeling. The bar looks over Plaza San Francisco in the center of Quito’s colonial Old Town, the world’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you can order some of Ecuador’s finest refreshments while taking in the view of the country’s capital.
A must try here – Cedrón Spritz. Its a refreshing mix of rum, lemon, sparkling wine, and fresh lemon verbena (cedrón) syrup and leaf.
